Onsite Appointments

I am available for appointments where I will bring my portfolios to your home or office. It is best to meet on the property where the work is to be done. This makes it easier for me to become aquainted with the client or designer, the space where I will be working, and to suggest finishes and/or colors for that space or spaces. I can also bid from architectural plans when necessary. After an interview, I will fax, email or mail a detailed, itemized estimate.

Once the estimate is approved, a half deposit is required for all the work that is to be done. I make one sample for each specified area. Additional samples will incure additional charges. The balance is due on the day of completion unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.

Within 50 miles of my home the appointment is complimentary for the following

• Faux finishes
• Murals
  
• Trompe l'oeil
  
• Paintings
  
• Borders
  
• Stenciling
  
• Plaster finishes
  
• Carpets

Outside of 50 miles there will be a reasonable traveling fee which will be deducted from the job price.

Out of State Travel - Expenses & Per Diem

• If this is required, the client pays for all travel,
  
• a place for me to stay while the work is being executed
• transportation for the duration of the job

Teleconference Consultations with Architectural Plans - $75.00 per hour ( 1 hour minimum )

• Plans must be in hand before scheduled call for the best use of our time together
• This will insure an accurate estimate
  
• Location photograhs sent by mail or email are welcome
  
• Plans and materials will be returned at client expense
  

Color Consultation - $75.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)

Color is what makes a house sing. You can bring warmth or coolness, harmony or chaos with your choice of color. Color can make a large room cozy and a dull room more interesting. It can pull your whole house together or give each room a unique quality. Many people are uncomfortable choosing colors for their walls. Most of the time, all that they require is a little help

In a Color Consultation I will support you by

• choosing color palettes for: one room, walls, trim or ceilings; or for your whole house, interior or exterior.
• assisting you in defining/validating your own likes and dislikes around color selection.
  
• resolving any discomfort you may have around color
  
• add clarity as to how color can bring a new feel to a room
